Everything you need to know about joining the Sold It Real Estate sales team.

Is the call a training or a webinar?

It's a team training call -- not a public webinar for lead generation.

We cover the structure of the company, our education model, expectations, scaling vision, and go over the sales scripts we've created.

The recording will be posted inside the community for ongoing education and development.

How will the sales calls go?

The structure is outbound + follow-up focused. We call leads, qualify them, and close over the phone. Some leads may book calls directly, but the primary focus is proactive outreach and closing.

The first 3 Zoom sessions will be educational to properly prepare everyone. After that, you'll be added to our CRM where all active leads flow in.

Lead access breakdown:

  • Warm leads first -- people who attended webinars, spoke with us, or expressed interest
  • Top-performing sales managers get priority CRM access
  • New members go through recordings and training before accessing live leads
  • 15,000+ cold leads monthly available to the team
  • 2,000 - 3,000 hot leads monthly

Call length + time commitment?

5 - 10 min

Quick qualification calls

20 - 40 min

Deeper client meetings

Weekends are completely fine. We care more about performance and consistency than strict hours. We track activity and results -- not clock time.

Commission structure?

You earn commission on:

  • Initial joining fees
  • Any additional fees the client pays during their lifetime in the community
  • If your client purchases a real estate deal through us, you can also earn commission from our fee on that transaction -- typically 5-10% depending on the deal structure

These transactions can range anywhere from $10K to $100K+ depending on the asset. The full commission breakdown is covered in training so everything is transparent.

Is there a contract?

Yes. After approval, there will be a formal agreement before you begin.

Before adding you to the CRM, our transaction coordinator will send you the agreement for review, edits if needed, and finalization.

Can you refer others?

Yes, you can send them the application link directly. We're looking for strong people.

We are also working on adding a 3% lifetime override for anyone you personally bring in -- meaning you would receive a percentage from their sales as well.
